InternParkview Health System Inc is offering a unique internship opportunity at Parkview Wabash Hospital for students to observe and participate in various aspects of hospital operations. The intern will rotate through departments and engage in project work related to finance, patient experience, marketing, and community health.

Responsibilities
Observe nearly all aspects of operations within a rural community hospital
Rotate through various hospital departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of how each area functions and collaborates to deliver quality care
Participate in meetings and events and be assigned project work in areas such as finance, patient experience, marketing, and community health
Develop presentations for both internal and external audiences
Create internal communications
Analyze patient survey data
Coordinate events
Qualification
Required
Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student
GPA of 3.0 or above
Submission of Cover Letter, Resume, and Letter of Recommendation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
Preferred
Students pursuing degrees in marketing, journalism, or healthcare administration are particularly well-suited for this opportunity
A specific educational focus or degree may be preferred, depending on the internship hosting department
A specific license and/or certification may be preferred, depending on the hosting department of the internship
