Responsibilities
Deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base
Resolve post-sales customer inquiries via phone, web conferencing, and electronic means
Provide expert advice and assistance to customers and Oracle employees on a diverse range of customer situations and escalated issues
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in a support role
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in delivering post-sales support and solutions
Ability to resolve post-sales customer inquiries via phone, web conferencing, and electronic means
Technical knowledge regarding the use of and troubleshooting for Electronic Support Services
Experience in facilitating customer relationships with Support
Ability to provide expert advice and assistance on a diverse range of customer situations and escalated issues
