SAP OTC & Logistics Architect, AWS Fintech
Amazon is seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SD and Logistics Functional architect to spearhead the implementation of the Sales and Distribution module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and deploying the SD module to enhance sales, distribution, and returns management processes.

Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with sales, customer service, distribution, and logistics stakeholders
Design and architect robust, scalable, and efficient SAP SD and Logistics solutions, developing detailed blueprints and strategic roadmaps from design through delivery
Configure and customize core SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing (Invoicing), Intercompany, Consignment, Reverse Logistics, Shipping, Credit Management, and Master Data
Configure and integrate key logistics components, including Delivery Processing, Transportation Management (TM) within S/4HANA, and basic Warehouse Management (WM) concepts
Design and configure cross-company sales, inter-company billing, and inter-company stock transfers to ensure proper financial postings and streamlined operations
Architect solutions for consignment stock processing, including consignment fill-up, issues, returns, and billing, optimizing inventory visibility and management
Integrate and configure functionalities related to export controls, sanctions, licenses, and legal regulations, potentially leveraging a Global Trade compliance system
Qualification
Required
7+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
Bachelor's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Thorough understanding of sales, distribution, BOM (Bill of Materials) and returns management processes, including order management, pricing, delivery, and credit/debit memo processing
Experience in integrating with Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), Demand Forecasting, Procure to Pay and Sales and operations planning processes
Preferred
Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
Experience in implementing SAP S/4 HANA OTC module with Advanced Returns Management, Advanced Inter-company processes
Knowledge of vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and third-party logistics integration
