People & Talent Coordinator
Road Rebel Global is the premier travel management company serving the sports, entertainment, and corporate events industries. They are seeking a People & Talent Coordinator to manage recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, and HR operations while leading programs to enhance employee culture and engagement.

Responsibilities
Lead culture-building programs that support connection, morale, and employee engagement
Own employee engagement cycles including eNPS, pulse surveys, and internal feedback loops
Coordinate team-building activities, recognition programs, virtual and in-person events, and culture initiatives throughout the year
Support internal communication that keeps employees informed, aligned, and engaged
Partner with leadership to reinforce Road Rebel’s values through programs, messaging, and employee touchpoints
Help strengthen cross-team collaboration and overall employee experience as the company grows
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, applicant screening, candidate communications, and first-round interviews
Maintain an organized, efficient hiring pipeline and deliver a positive candidate experience
Recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate next steps in the interview process
Draft offer letters for approval and ensure smooth communication with candidates
Support international recruiting efforts and coordinate across time zones as needed
Track hiring metrics and help build a data-driven view of talent needs and recruiting performance
Serve as the primary administrator of HRIS system overseeing employee data accuracy, workflows, and reporting
Maintain employee files, documentation, compliance items, and onboarding/offboarding checklists
Partner with our benefits broker to support open enrollment, plan renewals, and employee questions
Provide HR guidance to employees with professionalism, warmth, and discretion
Assist in writing and maintaining HR policies, templates, and communication materials
Support cross-functional workflows with Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT when people processes intersect with their work
Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring every new hire feels welcomed, supported, and set up for success
Coordinate IT provisioning, system access, and internal introductions with relevant departments
Lead offboarding workflows including access removal, communication, documentation, and final employee experience touchpoints
Continuously refine these processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and cultural alignment
Provide administrative support and People Operations efforts across the company
Assist with internal reporting, data tracking, documentation, and communication updates
Support special projects that strengthen the employee experience, streamline operations, or improve organizational alignment
Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in recruiting, HR, or people operations
Passion for culture, engagement, and creating meaningful employee experiences
Strong communicator with excellent organizational and follow-through skills
Experience conducting interviews and managing candidate pipelines
Comfortable working in HRIS systems (Rippling experience is a plus)
Collaborative, proactive, and natural relationship-builder
