Responsibilities
Support the VP, Operations in executing core operational activities, including custody, trade settlement, and loan settlement processes
Process crypto and fiat (bank) transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Participate in rostered coverage as required to support business operations
Prepare operational reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders
Assist with client onboarding activities, including address whitelisting and related operational checks
Help ensure operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancement
Collaborate with front-to-back stakeholders to define best practices and drive continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
2 or more years experience in operations roles, preferably from the digital asset / blockchain industry and / or financial services is a plus
Knowledge and experience in processing bank transfers, familiarity with bank transfer systems such as SWIFT, ACH, Fedwire, etc is a plus
Knowledge of blockchain, securities tokens, trading and security
An undergraduate degree beneficial
Good planning, coordination, and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English
Candidate should have an interest in digital assets, Wallets, DApps, and digital asset Trading
Must be detail-oriented, taking pride in the quality and accuracy of work they produce
Able to work independently in an often ambiguous and fast-paced environment
