Mid LevelKocourek Automotive is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to supervise a team of salespeople. The primary objective of this role is to drive car sales while providing direction and motivation to the sales staff, along with responsibilities such as hiring, coaching, and developing annual sales budgets.

Responsibilities
Desk deals and give salespeople direction in closing deals
Talk with all new and used car customers before they leave
Maintain CSI scores that are above the Region
Market and merchandise our new and used car inventory (lot appearance, sale tags, etc.)
Keep work environment upbeat and positive (attitude sells)
Make sure that all new and used car customers are followed up within 24 hours
Maintain appearance and cleanliness of showroom, office areas and guest area
Update forecasts and track all sales activity
Conduct yourself in a professional and responsible manner
Learn how to take on additional responsibilities as to continue to move up within the organization
Conduct effective and meaningful training meetings
Review the daily D.O.C. for accuracy
Conduct daily one-on-ones with salespeople
Qualification
Required
Valid drivers license
Complete a pre-employment drug screening
