Administration Assistant

Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Communicate with subcontractors via email and phone calls
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls

Perform all other office tasks
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Must be able to work with Microsoft word and excel
Proficient with dropbox and web based software
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
