Business Systems Analyst -Dental Application Support

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day production support for Dental applications, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues
Work with IS, vendors, and business users to ensure timely resolution of system incidents
Document recurring system issues then identify and implement long-term resolutions
Provide training and guidance to end-users on system functionalities and best practices
Track and analyze production support trends, identifying patterns and areas for improvement to reduce recurring incidents
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience working with the Skygen Enterprise application and other Group Dental systems, with prior experience and/or the ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and provide timely resolutions to support business operations
Dental or other type of Insurance Claims/Service handling experience
Prior experience working with Mutual of Omaha's Workplace Solutions systems and business processes
Ability to organize and deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner
Detail-oriented, clear communication skills, both written and verbal

Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
Preferred
Two or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar capacities, including Agile or Scrum experience
Experience writing business and technical requirements to guide code changes
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), Data Management Book of Knowledge (DMBOK)
