In this role, you will lead critical initiatives for Digital IQ, ProWriters’ proprietary insurance platform, and have a direct impact on business growth while driving strategic priorities across the organization.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features, API integrations, and platform improvements
Serve as a primary point of contact for carrier integration partners and technical vendors
Collaborate with developers to implement features and resolve bugs
Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and documentation for internal and external use
Prioritize work and maintain clear visibility into timelines and dependencies
Monitor product performance, user adoption, and operational impact
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience in a product management, product operations, or a similar business role
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with technology and working with data; highly proficient in Excel
Preferred
Consulting, Banking, and/or insurance industry experience
Experience with SQL and database tools
Demonstrable track record in a product management or product operations role in a tech-enabled professional services environment
