The role focuses on maximizing S/4HANA's capabilities and embedding industry best practices to optimize processes across the company.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPls) and build effective dashboards and reports

Conduct regular meetings in alignment with the Stream Lead. Address issues or concerns raised by local teams

Design and architect future process solutions within the S4/HANA environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices

Manage the end-to-end implementation of Stream related modules within S4/HANA, including reporting

Develop and execute tests to validate that the ERP system meets requirements

Co-Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for key users/ end-users to ensure successful adoption of the S4/HANA solutions

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any post-implementation issues
