Responsibilities

Have a basic understanding of Procurement operations and tasks, with ability to act as back-up for team members as needed, including PO creation and vendor management transactions within SAP; Troubleshoot and resolve procurement-related issues
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures by driving adoption and Group KPIs across Maisons; Lead the adherence and continuous improvement of procurement policy and processes to ensure a high level of compliance with a business focused approach
Prepare concise reports and presentations on procurement activities; Enabling data-driven decision-making by conducting data analysis and building reports that provide leadership with clear visibility into key procurement metrics, performance trends, and potential risks
Responsible for delivering cost savings/avoidance by leading RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and RFPs (Requests for Proposal) from beginning to end, including but not limited to briefing with stakeholders, facilitating supplier communications, scope development, proposal analysis, cost negotiations and driving vendor selection to completion

Required

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sourcing and procurement
Basic understanding of sourcing principles and practices
Strong organizational and time management skills; must be a results-driven, with a strong capability to drive projects forward independently; excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to report upwards in a clear and concise manner; good relationship management to drive relationships with different Maison stakeholders
Basic project management skills; must be able to influence
Self-motivated problem solver, with ability to adapt to ever-changing landscape and requests between different Maisons
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
Experience with procurement software/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Oracle) is a plus
