Responsibilities
Deliver accurate, timely weekly cash forecasting and full-cycle bank reconciliations for high-transaction-volume accounts
Own and improve balance sheet integrity—identify, resolve, and clear open items with root-cause accountability
Execute all core treasury operations: credit card/ACH/fund transfers, daily cash application, and liaison with banking partners
Serve as audit-prep lead: respond to requests, ensure clean records, and drive fieldwork readiness
Support and partner with third-party consultants during due diligence and process audit phases
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with complex, high-volume reconciliations
General ledger integrity in a mid-sized company
Strong background in treasury operations including fund transfers, credit card/ACH processing, and direct banking interaction
Demonstrated track record of supporting audits or due diligence
Driving financial process discipline
