Administrative Assistant for Home Health- ORLAND PARK, IL
Home Health Advantage INC. is currently seeking a Permanent, Full-Time scheduler for their therapy staffing services office in Orland Park. The role involves managing incoming calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between customers and therapists while utilizing various computer systems for tracking and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
Managing large amounts of incoming calls
Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Acting as an effective daily liaison between our customers and therapists
Use of multiple computer systems such as , Kinnser as well as our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) therapyBoss system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues in a timely and effective manner
Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
Qualification
Required
Great personal and organization skills (is a must)
Excellent Computer Skills
Minimum 2 years College Degree
Candidate MUST speak English
Preferred
Bilingual/Spanish speaking (preferred but not required)
Candidate MUST speak English/ Spanish (preferred but not required)
