Growth Account Manager

The Growth Account Manager will be responsible for revenue growth within assigned accounts, proactively selling the Bioprocess portfolio and developing strong customer relationships to leverage the company's position within target organizations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for proactively selling the full range of the bioprocess portfolio by both in-person and remote interaction to assigned accounts
Meet growth targets and objectives for assigned accounts
Develop new customers and needs and increase the cover of assigned fields
Identify key decision makers and gain an understanding of the best approach to communicate and build relationships
Leverage Sartorius’ Solutions to solve critical customer challenges from early development to commercial manufacturing
Support existing business within the assigned accounts, and uncover additional opportunities (both upstream and downstream)
Analyze customer needs, develop solutions, and present our offerings
Work closely with FAS, Marketing partners and other internal stakeholders, utilizing these resources to support value offerings throughout the entire sales process
Conduct customer presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations; provide quotations, close the deal with the customer and better use company tools like SFDC etc
Continuously monitor and pay close attention to market changes, both for competition as well as best practices. Communicate these changes to relevant internal parties to be poised to proactively respond

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or life sciences related major
Min. 2 years working experience in biopharma, including min.1 years sales experience
Economical and financial know-how
Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with people of different levels, for presentation, discussion, and negotiation
Solid project management, customer analysis, and facilitation skill
Customer focused time up to 70%, ability to travel up to 60% (Adjusted based on Sales region)
Proactive, result driven and collaborative attitude
Fluent mandarin required, and solid English reading & writing
