Execute and manage ETF trading strategies in a fast-paced environment
Analyse market trends, research market conditions, and identify trading opportunities
Utilize quantitative and technical analysis tools to make informed trading decisions
Collaborate with other traders and teams to ensure optimal trading outcomes
Monitor risk exposure and implement risk management strategies
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
3+ sharpe ratio on a live trading strategy
Direct experience in creating redeems for ETF Trading
Proven experience as an ETF Trader within either a Buy Side or Sell Side environment (track record)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex market data
In-depth knowledge of ETF products and trading strategies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
Proficiency in trading software and platforms
Preferred
Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
