Responsibilities
Own end-to-end production, P&L, and commercial success of all revenue-focused events
Lead event strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization
Manage agency relationships and local partners in key global hubs
Collaborate with Programming Lead to design content flow and event narrative
Partner with Speaker Logistics Manager to ensure world-class speaker experience
Drive Mastery conversion optimization across all summits
Build scalable SOPs, workflows, and repeatable event models for global expansion
Lead cross-functional coordination with Growth, Marketing, Tech, and Product teams
Track KPIs and continuously optimize for revenue, NPS, and profitability
Manage on-site and virtual crews, contractors, and vendors
Qualification
Required
6+ years in large-scale event production with strong commercial or P&L ownership
Deep experience in global vendor management and multi-city event operations
Sharp business acumen with strong budgeting and forecasting capability
Exceptional project leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Preferred
Proven track record of revenue growth and conversion optimization
