Responsibilities
Conduct detailed time studies and data collection on Saws, Grinding, and Forge operations
Analyze collected data and compare findings to current assumptions and standards
Evaluate setup times, run rates, wheel consumption, and blade life by alloy and operation
Identify opportunities for improved data accuracy and process efficiency
Develop recommendations for enhancing production data capture methods and KPI tracking
Prepare reports and visual summaries to communicate key findings and trends
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering program (junior or senior level preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Interest in process improvement, time studies, or manufacturing analytics
