Responsibilities
Lead technical programs from planning to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
Align engineering roadmaps with business objectives, tracking progress through Agile tools
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to optimize delivery
Foster cross-team collaboration, ensuring alignment between engineering and product
Implement Agile best practices and drive process improvements for efficiency
Own stakeholder communication, providing clear status updates and reporting
Promote a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous learning
Qualification
Required
10+ years in technical program management, Scrum, or Agile leadership
Strong technical foundation in software development, cloud architecture, and distributed systems
Proven experience leading multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
