Responsibilities

Lead and support Treasury Management System (TMS) projects with hands-on experience in at least one leading platform, such as GTreasury or Kyriba, helping clients streamline and automate their treasury operations

Deploy and integrate treasury modules within Oracle Cloud ERP, collaborating with stakeholders to implement cash management, debt/investment management, and banking solutions that deliver robust financial oversight and compliance

Apply your background in cash flow management, bank relationship management, cash forecasting, investment accounting, or liquidity analysis to drive actionable insights and maximize financial efficiency for client organizations

Gather requirements, map business processes, and configure treasury technology solutions to align people, process, and technology-ensuring successful project adoption and optimized treasury operations

Lead functional workshops to assess requirements and facilitate solution design, as well as deliver comprehensive end-user training to ensure seamless adoption of new treasury systems and processes

Required

Bachelor's degree

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

5+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or treasury system implementation, including hands-on exposure to at least one leading Treasury Management System (TMS) such as GTreasury or Kyriba

2+ years deploying or integrating treasury functions within Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically modules related to cash management, debt/investment management, and banking

2+ years of demonstrated expertise in cash flow management, bank relationship management, cash forecasting, investment accounting or liquidity analysis

2+ years of experience in requirements documentation, business process mapping, and configuration of treasury technology solutions

2+ years with treasury industry standards and compliance requirements, including OFAC, GASB, and implementation of best practices for internal controls

2+ years of project management in a client-facing role
