Responsibilities
Lead building envelope and restoration projects from assessment through construction close‑out
Manage small project teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship
Oversee FISP inspections, reporting, and compliance documentation
Direct parking garage restoration programs including condition assessments and repair design
Coordinate with architects, owners, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications
Conduct site investigations and diagnose structural or envelope deficiencies
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience in building envelope consulting, FISP, parking structures, or structural restoration
Minimum 3 years of project leadership, including oversight of small teams
Strong understanding of NYC codes, façade regulations, and restoration best practices
Clear communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations
Preferred
RA or PE License in New York strongly preferred
Background in structural restoration or forensic engineering is highly valued
