Required

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling or a related area

Minimum of two (2) years direct testing experience in a post secondary institution

Experience working with a diverse population

Eligible for GED testing certification by the state

Have yearly in-service training

Basic computer knowledge required

Ability to work some nights and weekends

Required to perform two (2) to four (4) full testing sessions under a supervisor before assuming duties

Preferred

Proficiency with PC and computerized student record system

Bilingual a plus
