Responsibilities

Assist with the integrations between Workday HCM and external systems

Support the team by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving integration errors and failures in Workday HCM

Review and address support tickets, document issues, and track resolutions using service management tools

Help perform routine configuration updates and enhancements to existing integrations

Support Workday release testing and apply integration-related patches as needed

Required

1+ year of professional experience

6+ months of experience working with databases (such as SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar), performing basic data entry, simple queries, or generating reports, with a willingness to learn and grow

6+ months of experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, or similar)

Experience creating and using basic Excel formulas (e.g., SUM, AVERAGE) and performing simple data lookups using VLOOKUP to locate information within a spreadsheet

Bachelor's degree required

Must be able to obtain and maintain required Workday Certification(s) for the role

Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)

Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location

Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes

Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
