Responsibilities
Issue Preapprovals + Lock Rates
Convert leads to preapproval
Host financial design meetings
Convert contracts to locked loans
E-sign documents
Lock refinances
Work with LP1 on all follow-up communication
Handle 95% of All Problems
Put out fires and resolve 95% of all issues
Escalate remaining 5% of problems to LO, if necessary
Manage the Team when the LO is out
Lead LP1, LP2, and Branch LOs
Lead daily team meetings if LO is out

Manage pipeline with LP2
Past client annual mortgage review calls
Relationship with all real estate agents
Expert on all loan guidelines
Can run team fully if the leader / loan officer is absent
Qualification
Required
1+ years in a Loan Officer Assistant role
Be structured, detailed and accurate in his/her approach to tasks
Knowledge of the Encompass LOS and MS office suite
Ability to identify and resolve client issues with good judgment
Have a desire to work in an energetic and high paced environment
Skilled at Multi-tasking and staying organized with proper time management
Loan officer Licensed in the state you do business
