Kemira is a global leader in sustainable chemistry for water intensive industries, and they are seeking a driven Technical Service Representative for their Packaging and Hygiene Solutions segment. The role will support customers in the Green Bay area, focusing on equipment installation, maintenance, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

Installing, servicing, and upgrading equipment in accordance with detailed instructions and work orders

Performing scheduled maintenance on customer installations to ensure that equipment continues to perform reliably

Maintaining accurate service records so that the performance of equipment can be monitored

Providing maintenance of Kemira Product

Accepting and assisting in receiving deliveries

Processing jar testing at customer site

Maintaining the customer relationship

Supporting senior sales staff in maintaining customer processes

Qualification

Bachelor's degreeChemical industry knowledgeTestingAnalytical abilityMicrosoft Office applicationsProficient in EnglishInterpersonal skills

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent field experience in paper/chemical industries

Excellent interpersonal skills

Testing and Analytical ability

Proficient in English (Written and Oral)

Knowledge of Microsoft office applications

Preferred

Chemical industry knowledge/experience is a plus
