Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, from intake to offer and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Lead proactive, creative, and data-driven sourcing efforts
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and overall fit, and guide hiring managers through effective selection decisions
Manage offers, including compensation discussions
Use recruiting data and analytics to improve speed, quality, and outcomes
Maintain a high-quality, transparent candidate experience
Ensure accuracy in the ATS and adherence to internal processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the US (B2B SaaS / tech preferred)
Experience hiring commercial or go-to-market roles at scale
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
Strong communication skills and comfort using data to drive decisions
