Responsibilities
Conduct structural design, investigation, and repair projects
Perform and review structural analysis and design calculations
Prepare and manage the creation of drawings and specifications
Oversee and mentor CAD technicians
Manage project budgets and schedules
Interact with clients and prepare technical reports
Conduct condition assessments and develop remedial work options and costs
Implement design tasks in accordance with building code requirements
Supervise construction administration tasks and ensure compliance with project specifications
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in structural engineering
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
Professional Engineering License (PE) required
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP, RISA, RAM, SAFE)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
