Responsibilities
Manage a range of structural restoration design projects from end to end
Perform field investigations, including water leakage, non-destructive testing, travel required
Perform modelling of enclosure assemblies using different software
Design and draft repair drawings and details
Prepare construction documents such as repair drawings and specifications
Observe construction and installation of repairs/designs in the field, including quality assurance testing
Prepare site visit reports and meeting minutes
Interact with project clients, sub-consultants, and repair contractors
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting
PE or RA licensure in North Carolina is ideal
Experience as an end-to-end project manager on restoration projects
Must be autonomous with a growth mindset and good communication skills
Preferred
RRO or RRC credentials are also desired but not required
