Strong ability to recruit, mentor and support faculty in their growth and development
Experience in designing and implementing a strategic vision to elevate a pediatric division to regional and national prominence
Ability to collaborate with a progressive leadership team
Experience in enhancing division training, research, and scholarship initiatives
Experience in clinical programmatic development, educational growth, research advancements, and administrative priorities
