Responsibilities

Lead a team of project managers to execute various initiatives related to the divestiture process

Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Develop and implement robust project management methodologies, including planning, monitoring, and control mechanisms

Provide regular progress updates and comprehensive reporting to key stakeholders

Facilitate effective change management strategies to support the client's employees and franchisees through the transition

Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive communication plan to ensure all affected parties are informed and engaged

Required

Significant experience in project management, preferably in the context of divestitures, mergers, or acquisitions

Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate changing requirements and address challenges

Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to implement effective strategies

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
