Responsibilities

Lead structural design for diverse building types using steel, concrete, timber, and cold-formed steel systems
Manage projects through all phases: analysis, calculations, and construction documentation
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors; ensure QA/QC compliance
Represent the firm in client meetings and site visits
Incorporate advanced design methodologies and emerging materials technologies

Required

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in at least one U.S. state
Minimum 7 years of structural design experience in commercial or multi-residential projects

Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to travel occasionally for site visits

Preferred

Experience with performance-based design, modular construction, or seismic retrofit
Familiarity with sustainability standards and innovative materials
Prior leadership in project coordination and mentoring
