Responsibilities
Complete our New Agent Launch program. (90 Days)
Assist sellers & buyers in securing agreements, negotiation, and finding homes
Host minimum of two open houses monthly
Make phone calls to convert leads into appointments
Attend weekly coaching, training, and presentation practice
Qualification
Required
Self-driven sales enthusiast with a competitive edge
Great at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions
Naturally adept at handling objections
Strong communicator with a dedication to service
