Veterinary Client Service Representative I/II (CARE)
The University of Florida is seeking Veterinary Client Service Representatives for their Small Animal Hospital. The role involves facilitating client visits, directing communications, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients and staff in a busy veterinary environment.

Facilitating client’s visits
Directing communications with clients during their visit
Acting as a liaison between the client and the staff to ensure the visit goes smoothly
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent and one year relevant experience for Veterinary CSR I
High school diploma or equivalent and three years of relevant experience for Veterinary CSR II
Ability to empathize with clients that are distressed by long waits, scheduling glitches, and other problems
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Strong public relation skills
Initiative to problem solve
Active listening skills
Confidence in handling customer interactions
Relationship building skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Project a professional image
Outgoing, full of enthusiasm and a team player
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs, bend, kneel, pull, push, twist and stand for an extended period of time
Preferred
Experience in veterinary medicine or in a clinic environment
