Responsibilities
Support clinical programs and services and quality improvement initiatives within the Regal North regional operations
Work across departments to support optimal medical management and clinical service delivery for members
Effectively communicate and interpret clinical and non-clinical information for use with a variety of stakeholders
Coordinate efforts of internal teams and guide resources
Facilitate high-level multi-disciplinary meetings and discussions
Function as a clinical resource for regional administrators and staff
Qualification
Required
Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing Program (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, while still meeting team deadlines and requirements
Ability to collaborate and communicate with all members of the healthcare team
Preferred
Bachelor's degree from four year university highly preferred
2-3 years of outpatient case management experience highly preferred
2-3 years acute care experience preferred
1-2 years of Managed Care experience highly preferred
Bilingual (Spanish or Armenian) highly preferred
