Sales and Project Manager
Arizona Sign Company is a fast-growing commercial sign company that designs, builds, and installs a wide range of custom signage. They are seeking a Sales and Project Manager to meet with customers, manage projects from start to finish, and coordinate with various teams to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities
Meet with new and existing customers to understand their needs
Prepare pricing quotes and proposals
Visit job sites to take measurements and gather information
Follow up, close deals, and hit your sales goals
Help customers understand their options and make smart decisions
Be the go-to project contact from start to finish
Coordinate with design, permitting, production, and installation crews
Keep multiple projects on schedule simultaneously
Solve problems as they arise and keep clients informed
Ensure the final product looks great and meets expectations
Use CRM and project management applications to stay organized
Look for ways to make our process smoother and more efficient
Be available full-time, 40 hours per week
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, project management, or both (sign industry experience a plus)
A sense of humor
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with coworkers, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Exceptional customer service and consultation skills (phone and in-person)
Willingness to learn new technologies, skills, and techniques
