Responsibilities
Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on riding mowers, tractors and hand-held equipment
Perform setup and pre-delivery preparation of riding mowers, tractors and implements
Maintain current knowledge of John Deere products and competitive products
Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion
Complete reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignment
Qualification
Required
1 year experience performing service repairs on tractors and lawn & garden equipment required
Ability to perform repairs and required maintenance using special tools and following technical manual procedures required
Good communication skills required
High School diploma or equivalency
Valid driver's license required
Standard Toolbox required, specialized tools provided by company
Preferred
Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in tractors and mowers desired
