Assist the customer service manager with daily tasks
Field client calls
Run payments for clients
Book jobs in appropriate time slots
Deliver administrative support for payments, and installation department
Trouble shoot payment issues as needed
Greet visitors and assist with office support needs
Complete general office duties with strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualification
Required
No degree is needed. We are looking for candidates with office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent phone etiquette
Strong personal organizational skills
