Responsibilities
Enable and activate customers during their journey, ensuring smooth onboarding and product adoption
Provide excellent onboarding through calls, meetings or e-mails
Proactively identify growth opportunities and surface them to our commercially focused team for follow-up
Manage high-volume customer portfolio, with the goal to improve retention
Serve as a key connector across teams: With Sales: ensure seamless onboarding and customer handover. With Marketing: support campaigns, launch new features, and host webinars. With Customer Support: step in on escalations involving feature enablement or complex setups. With Product: be the voice of the customer—relay insights and feedback
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or e-commerce
1+ years of relevant experience as Customer Success, Account Manager, Customer Service Agent, or other customer-facing roles
Commercially driven mindset—experience with upsell, renewals, or opportunity spotting
Comfortable navigating complex setups and cross-functional challenges
Fluent in French and English; another language is a plus
You're based in the Netherlands and eligible to work here
