Required

3-5 year experience as a Engineering Supervisor or Engineering Manager

Preferred

PMP Certification, MBA or Master's in Engineering preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead team members and work with customers
Create engineering design standards
Ability to make timely decisions
Proven ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them with a proven ability to meet deadlines
System integration with CAD software
