Responsibilities
Troubleshoot system issues and identify programming errors
Install or add devices to existing systems
Diagnose and repair wiring and communication problems
Respond to service calls and critical trouble alerts
Change system batteries and perform preventive maintenance
Maintain detailed records of service, materials, and findings
Provide excellent customer service and represent Cunningham with professionalism
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a security/fire alarm service technician
NICET certification required
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Must be able to lift up to 80lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
Clean background check and valid driver's license
