They are seeking a Soc/Clin Research Manager to adapt and refine curricula focused on Adverse Childhood Experiences prevention, deliver training sessions, and provide strategic guidance on program implementation.
Responsibilities
Adapt and refine existing curricula focused on applying systems thinking tools for ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) prevention, ensuring content remains relevant and effective for the target audience
Deliver engaging training sessions on systems thinking methodologies and their application to ACEs prevention strategies, utilizing expertise in the program’s framework to maximize learning outcomes and audience engagement
Provide strategic guidance and consultation to leadership and team members on program implementation, sharing institutional knowledge and best practices developed during the program’s creation
Serve as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting program-related challenges and questions, leveraging historical context and deep understanding of the program’s original design and intent
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in a discipline related to the field assigned; or Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and two years of research/analysis, preferably with one year in a supervisory role; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
Ability to work independently
Preferred
Preference given to those with working knowledge of scientific papers and academic systems
