Responsibilities

Manage a team of Technical Program Managers driving security efforts for Off Google entities. Guide the team using your technical experience and domain knowledge. Mentor junior or new team members as required
Lead security assessments and design mitigation strategies for raising the security bar of Off-Google entities. Assess technology, integration and separation risks and drive remediation efforts
Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to provide technical direction and influence technical design. Recommend and oversee engineering solutions to resolve discovered security gaps
Build and leverage strong, effective relationships with our customers and key partners. Create a collaborative work environment within the team that fosters transparency, innovation, and learning
Work with executive leaders to drive decisions and a high security bar for our engagements. Support the leadership team in managing the team's overall culture, morale and well-being

Qualification

Cybersecurity experienceProject management experienceLeadership experienceSecurity solutions deliveryTechnical communicationProblem-solving skillsConflict resolutionActive listeningTeamwork skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of cybersecurity and project management experience leading and delivering security programs
5 years of experience in a leadership and people management role

Preferred

Experience delivering security solutions and managing programs
Experience articulating a clear team goals, and leading a team towards the implementation of these milestones
Ability to drive steering committee and cross-functional team meetings to deliver technical solutions while mitigating risks and resolving issues
Ability to work in a structured environment, and to influence at all levels while dealing with ambiguity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, and teamwork skills
