Webull Financial LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crypto Operations Analyst to join our dedicated team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the maintenance and growth of the company's cryptocurrency trading and operations segment, working closely with other departments, including Finance, Risk Management, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

Actively monitoring and analyzing cryptocurrency markets to identify potential opportunities and threats

Developing and implementing trading strategies to optimize profitability and minimize risk

Conducting regular checks on trading and blockchain operations, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time

Collaborating with Finance and Risk Management Teams to conduct in-depth risk analysis and assurance on cryptocurrency operations, suggesting necessary changes

Assisting the Engineering Team in diagnosing and troubleshooting platform issues and integrating new currencies into the system

Providing updates to upper management regarding market trends, anomalies, and trading performances

Staying up-to-date with the latest crypto trends, regulations, and security practices to ensure compliance and inform decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related fields

Minimum of two years working experience in cryptocurrency operations, trading, or related aspects

Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, including different coins, trading platforms, and blockchain technology

Excellent numerical and analytical skills, proficient in using analytical tools and software

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technology

Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred

CFA, CAIA, or FRM certifications
