Responsibilities
Architect multi-agent frameworks that integrate with real-world data sources and production microservices, enabling agents to plan, coordinate, and solve complex workflows
Collaborate with data engineering teams to build pipelines and data models that allow agents to reason over live and historical data; design APIs and services that connect agents to enterprise systems
Own end-to-end delivery of agentic systems — from prototype to production-grade microservices — including API design (FastAPI or gRPC), observability, testing, CI/CD, and deployment via Docker/Kubernetes
Rapidly build proof-of-concept agent chains; then harden them into scalable microservices with monitoring (LangSmith) and container orchestration
Drive innovation by integrating cutting-edge autonomous AI with robust software and data systems to deliver measurable business impact and influence our product roadmap
Qualification
Required
7+ years software development experience, with 3+ years on AI/ML systems
Proven track record designing and scaling production-grade services (FastAPI, gRPC) with robust testing, CI/CD, and observability
Hands-on experience with data modeling and storage systems (PostgreSQL, Redis, vector databases) and building API-driven solutions
2+ years building or shipping autonomous-agent solutions (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.)
Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama) and prompt engineering best practices
Experience deploying microservices on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker & Kubernetes
Strong communicator, able to evangelize agentic design across engineering and science teams
GPU inference optimization experience (CUDA, Triton, vLLM)
