Responsibilities
Reviewing contract plans, specifications, proposals, and budgets
Developing design project delivery schedule
Designing DDC control panels, wiring schematics, and system interfaces to control building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Selecting control system products and developing project bill of materials
Documenting system sequence of operations and operating parameters
Designing BMS communication networks
Developing electrical installation wiring diagrams and scopes of work
Qualification
Required
Previous experience with Distech and Siemens control lines
Able to read and understand architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and communication systems contract drawings and specifications
Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to work on multiple projects and varying project teams
Candidates must be US passport holders and be able to work in the US without VISA restrictions
Preferred
Niagara N4 / AX certifications
Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
