Responsibilities
Manage all phases of Federal ESPC projects , including schedule, budget, risk, and performance
Lead client communications, status reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with Federal safety, quality, and M&V standards
Develop and review job cost reports, forecasts, and project financials
Support project development by reviewing bid packages, subcontracts, and execution plans
Ensure each Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) meets performance and energy-savings targets
Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Quality Managers
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-discipline (MEP/energy/infrastructure) projects
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience with Federal or government energy projects
Strong technical understanding of building systems, renewable energy, and construction management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and teams in dynamic environments
Willingness to travel approximately 80% to Federal project sites
Preferred
PMP certification preferred
Direct ESPC project management experience highly preferred
