Product Support Director
NetSuite is seeking a Director, Product Support to provide strategic and operational leadership for mission-critical support of Oracle’s Developer Tools cloud and on-premise product portfolio. This role is responsible for delivering a scalable, high-reliability, and customer-centric support experience for a global enterprise customer base, while leading global teams and driving operational excellence.

Lead global teams to improve customer satisfaction
Drive operational excellence and partner cross-functionally to ensure support capabilities keep pace with product innovation and customer growth
Ensure consistent execution, strong customer advocacy, and continuous improvement across all Product Support functions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in a relevant field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in providing strategic and operational leadership
Experience in managing global teams
Proven track record of driving operational excellence
Ability to improve customer satisfaction
Experience in partnering cross-functionally
Experience in delivering scalable and high-reliability support
Experience in supporting cloud and on-premise product portfolios
