Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with our medical team to provide integrated behavioral health care
Conduct initial evaluations, triage, and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy -informed interventions, Parent Management Training, and brief interventions
Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and maintain excellent communication skills, including timely documentation and billing
Provide culturally competent, family-centered care to a diverse patient population
Qualification
Required
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), or Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
Experience providing behavioral health care to children aged 5-18 years old
Proficient diagnosing and treating children and adolescents with ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression
Strong skills in evaluation, triage, and development of treatment plans
Experience with delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Ability to work effectively within a medical team, ensuring holistic care coordination
Preferred
Experience with behavior management for toddlers
Experience with Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Autism
Expertise in Parent Management Training and Brief Interventions
Demonstrated cultural competence in working with a wide range of patients
Ability to deliver family-centered care and support
