Responsibilities

Approach guests with confidence and enthusiasm to introduce Vacation Village Resorts by Vacatia’s vacation ownership opportunities
Identify customer needs, present tailored vacation solutions, and close sales with professionalism and integrity
Complete digital contracts and payments on your company-provided tablet
Help maintain an inviting event space, distribute marketing materials, and back up your team during busy times or staff breaks
Stay Organized: Keep accurate, timely records of leads and transactions to ensure seamless customer experiences

Qualification

Sales experienceLead generationCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsCustomer service experienceField marketing experienceOutgoing personalityGoal-driven

Required

Proven sales or lead generation experience (hospitality or vacation ownership a plus)
Outgoing, energetic, and approachable personality with a love for connecting with people
Goal-driven with a passion for exceeding expectations and earning rewards
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to multiple event locations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, concierge, or field marketing preferred
