Responsibilities

Facilitate team workshops to help new teams understand Agile and Lean principles, Scrum, Kanban, individual and team roles and responsibilities

Help teams set up their team boards, workflow automation, and automated reporting

Assist team in designing and maintaining Jira dashboards and reports

Provide Jira & Confluence administration, support and training

Develop reusable training assets, mentor new coaches, and support needs as required

Refine agile practices to enhance team predictability and deliver team value faster

Lead the adoption of agile best practices that accelerate delivery, automate repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of (Insert years of experience) of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Experience in Agile delivery, ideally in a software environment

Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar

Experience coaching teams and individuals on Agile principles and practices
