Junior Graphic Designer **Future Opportunity** Talent Pipeline
Make & Model Marketing is a company focused on automotive marketing, and they are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to assist in creating high-quality visual assets for dealership clients. The role involves collaborating with designers and developers to produce digital marketing materials while learning about brand guidelines and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Design web graphics, banner ads, email layouts, and other digital marketing materials for automotive dealership clients
Support the design and development team with asset creation for websites, social media, and email campaigns
Follow brand guidelines and ensure all creative assets meet OEM compliance, co-op, and legal standards
Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and account managers to bring creative concepts to life
Prepare and export graphics in appropriate file formats and sizes for web and mobile use
Ensure all designs are responsive and visually effective across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Assist with editing and updating existing creative assets as needed
Manage multiple design tasks at once, balancing quality with timeliness
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, or a recent graduate in graphic design, digital media, or a related field with a strong portfolio
Strong understanding of graphic design principles including layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Ability to create designs that align with brand standards, compliance requirements, and co-op/legal guidelines
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work
Ability to take feedback, meet deadlines, and contribute as part of a collaborative design team
Preferred
Basic knowledge of front-end web development (HTML and CSS) is preferred, but not required
